The Rise of Stalin
Joseph Stalin was an oppressive dictator who killed millions of people who questioned him, but he was a strong and forceful leader in Russia's history; he was an advantageous leader because Russia would have collapsed under the weight of Nazi Germany, but he was disadvantageous to Russia in the sense that he was responsible for the suffering of thousands of Russian people.
